At NAD Wholesale UK, we take pride in providing high-quality NAD+ products that meet strict manufacturing and safety standards. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted or opened items.

Refund Eligibility

We will only offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • You receive the wrong item in your order.

Conditions

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless reporting a defect).

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

  • We may request photos of the defective or damaged product to process your claim.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind or ordering errors.

  • Opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Products not purchased directly from nadwholesale.co.uk.
