Delivery & Shipping Policy

At NAD+ Wholesale by Holte, we understand the importance of reliable, temperature-controlled delivery for sensitive products such as NAD+ Pens and refill cartridges.

Delivery Service

  • Courier: DPD Next Day (tracked)

  • Cost: Free over £100

  • Temperature control: All shipments are sent chilled to maintain product integrity.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders received today are prepared the same day and handed over to DPD the following working day.

  • Delivery is then made on a next working day basis.

    • Order placed Monday → Dispatched Tuesday → Delivered Wednesday.

    • Orders placed Friday → Dispatched Monday → Delivered Tuesday.

Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information by email/SMS from DPD once your order is out for delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel, as chilled shipments cannot be left unattended or redelivered without risk of product compromise.

Important Notes

  • Failed deliveries: If you are not available to accept delivery, we cannot guarantee the product will remain chilled. In such cases, replacement may not be possible.

  • Geographic limitations: At present, we only ship within the UK. For wholesale orders outside the UK, please contact partners@nadwholesale.co.uk.

  • Quality assurance: All products are packed in insulated packaging with cooling elements to maintain stability during transit.
