This refill pack includes either 2 x 500mg NAD+ cartridges or 2 x 1000mg NAD+ cartridges, designed for use with the Holte NAD+ Pen® however can be used in other pens. Each cartridge delivers a high-purity dose of NAD+ to support energy metabolism, mental clarity, and healthy cellular aging — from the inside out.

Active Ingredients

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+). A ubiquitous pyridine nucleotide cofactor present in all eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells, indispensable for oxidative and reductive metabolic pathways, where it mediates electron transfer during cellular redox reactions and drives ATP production.

Storage & Handling

Store refrigerated (2–8 °C). Keep cartridges tightly closed and protect from light and moisture. Once opened, use contents promptly to avoid oxidation.
